Cordless Compact Radius Machine
The BM-6CR is a compact, lightweight, battery-powered machine that is ideal for rounding off radii R2, R3, R4, or R5 on metal structures before painting, which helps to prevent rust build-up on sharp edges. It is also capable of producing clean bevels of up to 6 mm wide on plates, and pipes.
With no supply cable to trip over or tangle, the BM-6CR offers maximum flexibility and portability, making it perfect for outdoor use or remote locations with no access to mains power.
To keep you working longer, the BM-6CR comes with two rechargeable CAS batteries.

The new EN 1090 & EN-ISO 12944 Part 2 application directive requires a soft or radius edge on all steel sections before painting, to prevent rust build-up on sharp edges. The BM-6CR is quick, simple to use, and creates a perfect radius in just one pass, saving time and money over conventional grinding methods.
