SteelBeast offers a modular workstation designed for circumferential welding of pipe elements, flanges, and fittings such as elbows and tees. Its modular construction ensures maximum versatility, allowing easy adaptation for a wide range of applications, including oscillation welding, hard-facing, and more.

Modular Welding Stations can be configured in a variety of ways depending on customer’s needs with the following devices:

• Positioner 750 Premium

• Positioner 300 Premium

• Linear oscillator

• Motorised vertical slide

• Seam tracking attachment

• Pendulum oscillator OSC-8

Premium Positioners

• User-friendly control panel for setting and monitoring process parameters
• Stable rotation speed across the full range from 0.12 to 2.4 rpm
• Continuous speed adjustment for precise control
• Display and configuration of welding parameters in cm/in and cm/min or in/min
• Arc ignition control with adjustable pre- and post-crater fill
• Bidirectional rotation - left and right
• Heavy-duty construction for durability in industrial environments
• Compatible with the optional Mini C&B System for building an advanced modular welding station

The Smart Controller is supplied with the premium positioner & provides full control over all welding functions. When configured with additional devices, it also enables adjustment of key parameters such as:

• Linear oscillation width, speed, & delay time
• Vertical torch position
• Seam tracking
