The OSC-8 PRO represents the next generation of pendulum oscillators, designed for precision, ease of use, and versatility.

Featuring a built-in LED display and intuitive controls, it allows quick pre-setting and adjustment of four key welding parameters:

Oscillation speed
Left dwell time
Right dwell time

This advanced weave welding solution is ideal for a wide range of applications, including pipes, tubes, vessels, flanges, and fittings.

The portable OSC-8 PRO can be used with both track-mounted and trackless welding carriages, as well as with positioners, turning rolls, or existing column and boom systems. It can also operate independently using rugged freestanding supports.

WHY THE OSC-8 PRO?

OSC-8 PRO is suitable for MIG/MAG to automate processes in heavy fabrication industries such as pipeline and bridge construction, shipbuilding and tank welding.

Key Features

The OSC-8 Pro pendulum oscillator is designed to oscillate MIG/MAG torches with the diameter of 16–22 mm (5/8–7/8”). The oscillator is installed onto a 22 mm (7/8”) diameter rod and connected to a welding device. It can be controlled manually or by using an external START-STOP switch. Using an optional freestanding support allows welding of rotating pipes or moving plates. An optional power supply allows connecting the oscillator to a 230 V or 115V power source.
